New Publishing/Marketing Firm Announced in Midland, Texas

The Authors’ Publishing House (APH) formally opened its doors for business in Midland, Texas on February 5, 2005. During a local meeting of writers and authors, APH’s Chief Executive Officer Bill Meador (a Midland resident and also the current President of the West Texas Writers) briefly described the process that authors might need to go through, as well as what to expect to receive in APH’s services and products.

Among its initial business objectives, the Authors Publishing House plans to:

§ Contact previously published authors from around the nation with unsold books, and try to, “ . . . make these books more attractive to the buying public.”

§ Establish an ongoing relationship with all authors and, “ . . . help them get their written products in front of the people who want to buy them.”
